A graduate in Business Administration and a student of Psychology, he is also an NLP Master Practitioner, which gives him a different perspective on people's nature. His years with ICICI Prudential, TATA-AIA Life and Apollo Munich Health make him a preferred trainer for many organisations.
His sessions follow an experiential model. Participants learn by doing, have fun along the way, and leave with lessons that stay. He is a Certified Outbound Trainer and has trained more than 10,000 employees across manufacturing, IT, retail, banking and insurance, in India and the GCC countries.
